2. Role of Partners

  • All immigration, legal, education, and staffing services are delivered solely and independently by licensed partners.
  • Our role is limited to connecting clients with trusted, verified professionals to protect against fraud.
  • We are not liable for decisions, delays, or outcomes of services provided by partners.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Refunds for travel services are subject to our internal refund policy.
  • Refunds for education, immigration, or staffing services are governed by the partner’s contract with the client.
  • We are not involved in refund processes for services delivered by partners.

Important Note: We do not accept or take payment on our website or social media directly. Payments are done after signing a contract or coming to an agreement with clients.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and truthful information (documents, academic records, CVs, etc.).
  • Errors or misinformation must be corrected within 48 hours and communicated immediately.
  • Delays or failures to correct information will be the client’s responsibility, and no claims or damages may be made against us.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or disruptions by airlines.
  • Decisions made by immigration authorities, education institutions, or staffing agencies.
  • Delays, errors, or results from partner services.

6. Disclaimer

We are a travel and logistics agency. Immigration, education admissions, and staffing services are provided solely and independently by our licensed partners. Our responsibility is limited to connecting clients with trusted professionals.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws and Constitution of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to Kenyan jurisdiction.
